A:Mt. Shirane/Yugama Viewing course

∆Yugama view from marker
The crater lake of divine emerald green

Beside Yubatake, Yugama viewing course is another highlight of Kusatsu sightseeing. The lake is approx. 300m in diameter and 30m in depth and the water temperature is approx.18°C. The contrast of the emerald green water and desolete surface of the mountain gives a mystical atomosphere.
