A hands-on amusement museum located in a treatment facility that neutralizes strong acidic hot spring water to be drained to rivers. Try a drop-in class to make a “100-year stone” by a process utilizing limestone and hot spring water.

On exhibit are the works of a TV personality/actor/painter Tsurutaro Kataoka including sumi paintings, calligraphies and potteries. A museum shop and a café are attached. Yukatas are allowed to be worn in the museum.
